COPING WITH STRESS

  1. WHAT TYPE OF COPING IN THE PAST YOU USED TO DEAL ACADEMIC FAILURE OR LOW ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE? IF NOT, WHAT DO YOU DO TO COPE WITH ACADEMIC STRESS?
    To cope with academic stress, I used problem focus. I did my to-do list and its due dates. Also, if I get stressed in a subject, for example physics, I give time to it in such a way that I study and double my effort in that subject. Moreover, before I start reviewing or studying, I make sure I am chill and relax before dealing with stress because I believe that if you face a problem in a problematic way you can’t pass,focus and deal with it. THEREFORE, face the problem or stress in a chill way to be able to focus.

    -Time Management
    -Setting a goal
    -Pray
    -Unwind before dealing with stress
    -Go out with family and friends
    -Divert your attention
    Get ready or condition yourself to face the problem or stress
